We’re happy to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review the information below to learn more about how we handle shipping within the United States.
📦 Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Custom or personalized items may require additional time—details will be provided on the product page if applicable. If there is a delay, you will notified via email with the details.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only using the following carriers:
USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS (United Parcel Service)
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Orders over $100 USD qualify for free standard shipping.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
While shipping issues are rare, we understand that they can happen. If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will work with the carrier and do our best to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
📌 Additional Notes
We do not currently ship to international addresses. If you place a large order and have a P.O. Box, please contact us via email about possible shipping issues and we will contact you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
