RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Long Paw Studio. We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our policy below to determine if you are eligible for a return or refund.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

  • Physical (non-customized) products may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include any original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

  • You must contact us before sending any returns at:

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Clearance or final sale items


RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact us at longpawstudio@proton.me within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once approved, you will be given an address to send it to.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    (This may be updated if policy changes.)


REFUNDS

  • After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
